Deloria Nelson Streete is the President of Authentic Culture and Engagement Solutions, Inc. (ACE). ACE is a dynamic coaching & consulting firm that focuses on providing solutions to companies and individuals who want to enhance and strengthen their culture and brand through authentic engagement and inclusion. Dee was recently the Managing Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Charles Schwab & Company where she led the national Inclusion efforts for the firm. Deloria is a published author who released her 2nd book “From Six Figures to Food Stamps to Six Figures“ in 2020. Deloria is also an engaging speaker and certified coach who has worked professionally in Human Resources for more than 25 years with various Fortune 500 companies including Walt Disney World. Deloria’s personal brand is positive energy, courage, authenticity, and an uplifting spirit Her workshops & keynotes are engaging, educational and transformational. Dee has her BA degree in Mass Communications and a MPA in Human Resources from Clark Atlanta University Her commitment to Coaching and Diversity & Inclusion stems from her personal mission statement which encapsulates helping people find and leverage their unique gifts. In her spare time, you will find her writing poetry, spoiling her twin granddaughters or on the farm with her husband, children and adorable goats.
Pastor Tracey Crocker is the CEO of TDC Community Concepts, Inc., Covenant House of Tampa Bay and the Senior Pastor of Berith Ministries International. As a Pastor, Preacher, Bible teacher, prophet, life coach, voice for the voiceless, wife and mother she is fueled by a passion to fulfill God’ call on her life, establishing believers in the word of God as she helps to find homes for the homeless, and food for the hungry. Her desire is for the least, the last, the lost and the forgotten to experience the victory Jesus died to give them.
Many years ago, finding herself in need of victory, she discovered freedom to live victoriously through God’s Word. Her story is one of tragedy and victory, poverty and prosperity. She has dedicated her life to helping others find same victory through Christ Jesus that she has found, boldly declaring a message of hope and truth and wholeness.
Not afraid to deal with hard, relevant issues, she brings to light the importance of character building by merging spirituality with everyday living provokes people to pursue a life of integrity and excellence. She exhorts and encourages all around her to deepen their intimacy with God in order to fulfill the call on their life.
Tracey and her husband, Dr. Cory W. Crocker, were married in June of 2006. They reside in Thonotosassa, Florida, and are the parents of four children and two grandsons and one granddaughter.
Tracey has taught on hundreds of subjects and has written works on Healing and Prayer. She holds Doctorates in Urban Ministry and a Masters of Divinity. She is frequently heard saying “if God would let me do anything or go anywhere I would be right here.”
